REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If an item you have purchased is faulty please contact us immediately using the "contact member" button above and supply details of the problem. Please keep all original packaging. If the item was purchased by mistake we will be happy to refund the purchase price, excluding our cost of postage and packaging as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging and the security seals are still intact on both the product and the packaging is undamaged. If you wish to return any item for a full refund, you must do so within 7 days of receipt of item at your own expense. If your original purchase was for FREE postage and packing and you choose to return any part or the entire order, you will be responsible for the postage and packing costs that we incurred, plus shipment to our nominated location. Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of goods for agreement prior to returning the item.
